Join Accelerate and Topo Athletics third rendition for a week-long celebration of community running, testing the latest Topo Athletic shoes, quizzes, and trail adventures across Sheffield!

We are teaming up with Topo Athletic to bring you daily group runs, technique workshops, shoe trial sessions, and pub quizzes. Topo shoes are famous for their unique foot-shaped fit, featuring a roomy toe box that lets your toes splay naturally, paired with a secure midfoot and low-drop platform for smooth, natural movement.

OcTOPOfest 3 Day-by-Day Event Schedule

Monday 12th October: Accelerate Landmark Run - 6KM

• Time & Location: Evening run @ 6.30pm departing from Accelerate Shop (629 Attercliffe Rd, Sheffield S9 3RD).
• Event Details: A landmark run showing the history of Accelerate as we tick off some huge landmarks in Attercliffe, both old and new. We will be joined by Silva, who will be providing headtorches for the run as the dark nights are here!
• Demo Shoes Available: Topo Atmos 2 (Max Cushion Road Shoe) & Topo Specter (Performance Road Shoe).

Tuesday 13th October: ATR Bradfield Trail Run

• Time & Location: 7pm @ Bradfield Cricket Pavilion, The Sands, S6, Sheffield
• Event Details: Join the Accelerate Trail Runners (ATR) crew for a friendly 8-10k LED run with regular stops to regroup, all set against the stunning backdrop of Bradfield's trails and night skies!
• Demo Shoes Available: Topo Ultraventure 5 & Topo Vista (Trail Range).

Wednesday 14th October: Abbeydale Pub Run + Quiz Night

• Time & Location 6.30pm @ Abbeydale Beerworks Taproom, 298 Abbeydale Rd, Nether Edge, Sheffield S7 1FL
• Event Details: A social evening run trying out more Topo shoes followed by the official OcTOPOfest 3 Pub Quiz at Abbeydale Brewery! Great prizes up for grabs from Accelerate and Topo Athletic.
• Demo Shoes Available: Topo Atmos 2 & Topo Specter.

Thursday 15th October: WoodRun Technique Session

• Time & Location: 9.30am @ Woodland Discovery Centre, Ecclesall Wood, Abbey Lane, S11 9NW
• Event Details: Master your form with a specialized WoodRun technique session. The session includes drills and mobility exercises, with a focus on Running Technique and Stability. Speed is not the priority; rather, a willingness to enjoy oneself and enhance one's running technique is key.

Thursday 15th October:ATR Rivelin Trail Run

• Time & Location: 6.30pm @ Rivelin Park Café, Rivelin Park Rd, Sheffield S6 5FE
• Event Details: Join the Accelerate Trail Runners (ATR) crew for asociable 6-7k route with plenty of stops to regroup throughout, making the most of the remarkable trails within and surrounding the Rivelin Valley.
• Demo Shoes Available: Topo Vista & Topo Ultraventure 5

Friday 16th October: Running Past 50 (RP50) Group Session

• Time & Location: 10.30am @ Accelerate Shop (629 Attercliffe Rd, Sheffield S9 3RD).
• Event Details: Celebrating our active masters running community with a friendly social group run. The session includes drills and mobility exercises, along with a steady run along the canal, allowing you to enjoy the peaceful surroundings. Speed doesn't matter; the focus is on having fun and improving your running technique with the group.

Saturday 17th October:Specter Speed Development through Interval Session

Session & Topo In-Store Day

• Time & Location: 10am @ Accelerate Shop (629 Attercliffe Rd, Sheffield S9 3RD).
• Event Details: Kick off the morning with Stu's "Speed Development through Intervals Session" speed workshop. Then, join us in store all day as Topo Technical Rep Ross is instore to answer all you questions about shoes.
• Featured Shoe: Topo Specter (Performance Road).

Sunday 18th October: Peak District Coffee Run (Grand Finale)

• Time & Location Peak District National Park.
• Event Details: The grand finale of OcTOPOfest 3! A scenic trail run through the Peak District with the Accelerate crew, wrapping up with post-run coffee and catch-ups. Location TBC!!!!
• Demo Shoes Available: Topo Ultraventure 5 & Topo Vista.
