These terms and conditions apply every time you visit and use our website. Before proceeding with an order you will be requested to confirm you have read and understood these terms and conditions and agree to be bound by them.
1. OWNERSHIP
1.1 This site is owned and operated by Accelerate Lifestyle Limited.
1.2 Our Registered Office is 629, Attercliffe Road, Sheffield, S9 3RD. Company Registration Number 05739374.
1.3 All rights on this website are owned by us. Any unauthorised use, copying or modification is prohibited.
2. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS
2.1 Accelerate Lifestyle Limited reserves the right to change these conditions from time to time. Any such changes will take effect when they are posted on the website. It is your responsibility to read these terms and conditions every time you use the website.
3. ORDERING GOODS
3.1 When an order is received from you, you will usually receive confirmation of receipt of the order from Accelerate Lifestyle Limited within 48 hours. We will also advise you of an estimated delivery timescale. Your order will be accepted by us, Accelerate Lifestyle Ltd, when we dispatch the goods to you and a legally binding contract will then exist between us. Title to the goods will not pass to you until we have received payment in full.
3.2 You may cancel your order anytime prior to dispatch of the goods from our premises.
4. PRODUCT DESCRIPTION, PRICING AND PAYMENT
4.1 It is our intention to keep the website up-to-date and error free. However, product pricing or product description errors may occur. If we discover such an error after we have received an order from you, we will endeavour to contact you with the correct details prior to accepting your order. If we are unable to contact you, we will treat your order as cancelled and will make a refund to you.
4.2 VAT is included at the current rate and is included in the prices shown. This includes all postage options.
4.3 If you are paying by debit card or credit card, we will take payment from your card at the time we receive your order.
5. DELIVERY
5.1 We do not normally provide goods or services outside of the United Kingdom. Also, some remote areas of the United Kingdom may not be covered by our delivery services. If we are unable to arrange delivery at a reasonable cost, your order will be cancelled and payment refunded.
5.2 When we receive your order, we will, within 48 hours, advise you of the expected date of despatch. Although we cannot guarantee delivery within a definite timescale or for a specific date, we always aim to meet or exceed your expectations. We do not accept liability for expenses and other costs incurred due to delayed or failed deliveries.
5.3 All items are subject to stock availability.
5.4 When we arrange for delivery of goods to you, we may request that you sign to confirm that you have received them.
5.5 Goods are sent to you on approval and you have 14 days from receipt of the goods to return them to us. Please see our Exchange and Returns policy for further information.
5.6 If you should receive an item that you consider to be faulty, please contact us immediately and we will arrange for a replacement to be sent or a refund to be made on return of the goods.

6. GENERAL
6.1 The use of this site and contracts formed for the sale of goods or services are governed by English Law.
6.2 Orders from overseas are accepted under the same terms as UK delivery.
6.3 Our liability for any claim for loss or damages shall be limited to the sum paid by you for the goods.
6.4 There may be links on our website to third party websites. If you choose to visit these websites, please understand that we have no control over the content of third party websites nor can we be liable in respect of anything contained within them.
6.5 All intellectual property rights, including the use of trademarks, shall be solely owned by Accelerate Lifestyle Limited. You are not permitted to use material from our website without prior consent from us and our licensors.
6.6 We will use reasonable efforts to verify the accuracy of our product and pricing information shown on our website, but we make no warranties, whether expressed or implied, in relation to the accuracy of this information.
7. EXCHANGE AND RETURNS POLICY
7.1 We hope you will be satisfied with the products purchased from our website. If you wish to return or exchange a product for any reason you may do so within 14 days of the date of dispatch. We will refund the price of the product, providing it is in a saleable condition and is in its original, undamaged packaging. The delivery charge is non-refundable. This does not affect your statutory rights.
7.2 If you receive goods that you consider are faulty or do not meet the description on our website, please contact us immediately. We will arrange a refund or exchange on receipt of the faulty goods.
7.3 Please note, that for hygiene reasons, we cannot exchange or accept a return of swimwear or other undergarments, with the exception of faulty goods.

8. RETURNING GOODS
8.1 Please return the goods using a method of recorded delivery requiring a signature. If the item is of a bulky nature and you require the collection of the goods, please contact us by email or telephone and we will arrange collection.
8.2 The value of the returned product(s), at the time of purchase, will be refunded to the same debit or credit card number that was used to purchase the goods. Please note the delivery charge is non-refundable.
8.3 If you require a replacement item, please state this when you return the goods. If you consider the goods to be faulty then please state why you think this is the case or the nature of the fault and its location on the product.
