APC Strength & Core Stability for Runners (weekly)
Friday Morning 10am - 11am

Accelerate Performance Centre, above the Accelerate Run Store (come into the store to meet up first).
Every runner can and will benefit from stronger core and legs.
During these classes you will carry out exercises to complement your running and help 'injury proof' your body, as well as learning how they are helping you in the long term.
Suitable for all abilities – all the exercises are adaptable to you.
Come wearing comfortable exercise clothes and bring a drink.
As with all things Accelerate, there will be time for a cup of tea and a chat afterwards.
