Best use: An incredibly versatile everyday trainer come faster-paced session even longer slower runs. The blend of cushioning, weight, and providing such a stable platform for your foot to work from is a runner's dream. Ideal for on the roads, track, or even very light gravel tracks.
Upper: Using a breathable Jacquard mesh, this wraps around your foot for a secure fit without being intrusive. A "Proper tongue" is what really sets the fit apart, padded and comfy and best of all it doesn't slip off the top of your foot. Held together by Flat, slightly elasticated laces.
Midsole: Where to begin, so much going on, yet so simple and efficient! Let's start with the U-Tech which sits under both your heel and toe. A horseshoes shaped piece of midsole. You sink into them during the foot strike and "Ping" out of as you toe-off. This is helped by the speed MotionBridge, which is made of nylon and fiberglass, this helps to increase the stiffness and stability while adding an extra spring to your step.
Outsole: Lightweight high-performance rubber is strategically placed across the sole of the shoes to increase traction and durability without comprising on performance.
True Motion says "For all runners who want to run faster as well as for forefoot and midfoot strikers. If you get tired or run more slowly, the U in the heel securely centers your stride. On fast-paced runs, the U-TECH Solo develops its full potential. The twofold catapult effect occurs in the center of the shoe, and due to the U-shaped construction, the physiological, healthy centering takes place at the exact right spot as well.
