Lighting options and Battery settings: With its 900-lumen brightness and total weight of only 100 g, SWIFT® RL is the most powerful of Petzl’s compact headlamps. Using REACTIVE LIGHTING® technology, a sensor analyzes the ambient light and automatically adjusts brightness to your needs to keep the power usage to a minimum keeping you out on the trails for as long as possible. Swift RL is intuitive to control, with a single button for easy control of all lamp functions. It is rechargeable, with a five-level gauge for precise monitoring of the battery charge level. It uses a Lithium-Ion 2350 mAh battery, rechargeable via the type B micro USB port, the battery charge indicator helps to let you know when you’re ready to go.

Strapping system: The Swift RL uses a two-part strap that splits round the back of your head to provide excellent stability in dynamic and intense activities such as mountaineering and trail running, super handy too if you have lots of hair. The headband is reflective to remain visible at night for added safety. The strap is fully removable and can be machine washed to keep you feeling fresh.
