Upper: Using Mizunos AIRmesh upper material it’s designed to be highly breathable to keep your feet cool even if you are pushing hard. They have a similar fit to most Mizunos allowing slightly more space in the forefoot.
Midsole: Like any Super Shoe this is where the magic happens. New for the Rebellion range is Mizuno Enerzy Lite foam, a soft, high energy return foam that’s super light. From the brand who have been putting plates into running shoes for the last 25+ years, they know a thing or two about it.
Outsole: The G3 sole offers great traction giving you the confidence to push no matter the conditions. It also has a high level of durability while keeping the weight down.
