Upper: Using a seamless design wraps around the foot for a secure yet unrestrictive feel. Increased stiffness through the heel collar has helped improve the stability of the shoe. More than 90% of the textiles used in the upper are recycled.

Midsole: Using Mizunos ENERZY Foam throughout the shoe, it blends cushioning and comfort while still being responsive enough when you want to push the pace. Sandwiched in the midsole is Mizunos Wave Plate, which stabilizes your foot by cupping the heel and with extra support on the medial side.

Outsole: High-wearing X10 carbon rubber covers the sole for great durability and traction.
