Best use: Designed as Hoka’s shorter distance trail racing shoe the Torrent 2 goes above and beyond that. Its light and responsive while having plenty of cushioning to keep your legs feeling fresh even over longer distances. A new and more aggressive outsole keeps you in contact with the trails however technical it might get.
Upper: Using a new engineered mesh upper that has increased breathability and an improved locked-in feel, ideal to get after it on the trails. Even better it is made with recycled post-consumer plastics.
Midsole: Using Hoka iconic Profly midsole that optimizes cushioning and responsiveness. A slight rocker in the midsole promotes a faster foot strict to help keep the miles gliding by.
Outsole: Now using an updated and improved outsole with more aggressive multi-directional lugs results in a grippy shoe you can trust.
