Best use: One spike to rule them all, the Mach 19 is a phenomenal all-rounder. Muddy cross country races or tearing around a 400m track is a breeze in them.
Upper: An incredibly mesh light upper wraps around your foot for a tight, second skin-like feel. The gusseted tonge is stitched in to reduce any movement and keep you as secure as possible in the shoes.
Midsole: A very small amount of EVA sits between you and the ground, lightness and speed is the aim here.
Outsole: The 5 pin spike plate offer you both the traction and grip to handle mud but also helps to stiffen up the shoe giving you an extra little pop in your run.
