Altra W’s Lone Peak 6
After a short hiatus, Altra is back in Accelerate. Leading the charge is the Lone Peak 6, Altra’s iconic trail shoe. Version 6 of this shoe has seen some pretty big changes. Now using Altra Ego midsole for a cushioned yet responsive feel, a Maxtrac outsole and of course with Altras signature foot-shaped design. All making your runs as comfy as possible.

Best use: Thanks to the wide-fitting nature of the Lone Peak they are ideal for long days out. The grippy outsole is right at home on easy-going trials and tracks, they are right at home in the peak district.
Upper: Using a one-piece upper that seamlessly meshes into the tongue. It wraps around your foot for an incredibly comfy fit straight out of the box. Extra durability comes in the form of overlays which sit on high wear points of the upper to keep the shoe going strong whatever you throw at it.
Midsole: A full Altra Ego midsole blends cushioning and responsiveness for a shoe that has the best of both worlds in its running experience. The zero drop nature of them can take a little getting used to but after your first few runs can feel very natural.
Outsole: The combination of Maxtrac rubber and strategically positioned Trailclaw lugs to maximise traction and make light work of technical trails.
