In-Store Purchase: Returns Policy
This policy, which includes the Terms and Conditions, relates to the Physical ‘Bricks and Mortar’ store which is located at:
629 Attercliffe Road, Sheffield, S9 3RD.
The store is owned and operated by Accelerate Lifestyle Limited and is a family run business. It is an independent small business that is a dedicated running specialist for healthy and social running or for the more competitive minded.
For any item purchased from our physical store, the returns policy is that we will exchange them or issue a credit note to the value of the goods purchased within 14 days of the date purchased. You will need proof of purchase to do this. Your proof of purchase will be offered as a physical till receipt or sent to you via an email address that you have supplied. Please ensure that you have this.
For any goods that you feel are faulty, we suggest that you call the store on 0114 242 2569 as it is possible to resolve many issues without the need to travel to the store.
We may require pictures of the fault and a detailed description of the fault.
You are entitled to the life of the product in respect of its purchase value. In some cases where a fault is premature yet you have already used the product to a large extent, such as with shoes, you may be offered a partial credit or refund.
In all cases, the item will have to be returned to the store so that we can pass this on to the manufacturer.
In any situation where a refund is issued, it must be given to the person who made the original purchase and by the same means. When using cards it is always with the same credit or debit card.
