We have two delivery options, express and standard.
If you select Express Delivery, which is charged at £8.00, before 12pm your order will arrive on the next working day before 1pm.
For standard delivery we prefer not to charge and aim to deliver between 1 and 5 working days from accepting your order. Please ensure someone is available to accept, check and sign for the delivery.
We reserve the right to charge for failed deliveries and resending parcels. We must be notified of any items damaged in transit, short delivered or not as ordered within 7 days of receipt. After 7 days you will be deemed to have accepted the order as undamaged and correct.
International orders must use the express delivery option.
Accelerate will usually deliver your items using Royal Mail, although this may differ for certain items, bulk delivery and some International Destinations. Please, remember that once an item has been dispatched that the delivery time, or any delays impossed by the carrier are out of our control. We will always pursue late deliveries on your behalf although we are bound by the terms and conditions of delivery offered by the carrier, such as the Royal Mail.
Lost in Post items unfortunately take more time to resolve. We will pursue the carrier, usually Royal Mail, for regular updates and keep you informed as to progress. We are however bound by the Terms and Conditions of the carrier for dealing with any missing parcel.
This Returns Policy applies only to web orders, from this website and includes 'Click and Collect'.
We hope with our sizing guides and advice, and the high quality of products we stock that you should never have to return a product, if you do however we want to make the process as easy as possible, please bear in mind that sometimes it is not possible to exchange a product if the size or colour is wrong should that product no longer be in stock.
Please return the goods using a method of recorded delivery requiring a signature. Package the item so as to keep them safe from damage whilst in the postal system and appropriate to the item.
The value of the returned product(s), at the time of purchase, will be refunded to the same debit or credit card number that was used to purchase the goods. Please note the delivery charge is non-refundable.
All items that are to be returned should be unworn or unused and in their original packing and with labels still attached, as dispatched to you. Worn items can not be returned.
If you require a replacement item, please state this when you return the goods.
If you should consider the goods to be faulty then please state why you think this is the case or the nature of the fault and its location on the product. It may be easier to call the store 0114 242 2569 to explain what has gone wrong. As opposed to sending the product back to the store we may only require a series of photographs and details of the use the item has received - such as the number of kilometres you have run in a shoe.
If the item is brand new and unsused it should always be returned with an explanation of the nature of the fault.
Please Note: During the current and ongoing Covid-19 pandemic returned items have to be quarantined for 72-hours before we can process the return. The items have to be placed in a sealed container. This is inline with Government Guidelines for Retail and Mail Order operations.
We can assure you we will process your return as quickly as we can. It is paramount that we keep our staff as safe as possible, something I am sure we can all appreciate. Thank you for your understanding.
