Mizuno employ their Wave technology in the Wave Rider, to great effect. A shoe that offers superb comfort and feel, while delivering a range of movement ideal for those with mobile feet. Together with the redirection of shock away from the foot, the Parallel Wave Technology gives a smooth transition from heel to toe. Running on these shoes means controlled lateral motion, avoiding destabilisation.
A neutral shoe with a lightweight feel, and a generous toebox that feels as if it gives your foot room to work, but remains firmly fastened nonetheless. As a high mileage training shoe, or as a race shoe for upto Marathon distance, the Wave Rider performs. Support and comfort combined.
