Accelerate

By entering this competition, you accept and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions:

1. The competition is open to all Accelerate users who are UK resident aged 18 years or over except employees (and their families) of Accelerate and any affiliates, subsidiary companies as well as representatives or agents of Accelerate and anyone else who may be involved or connected with the promotions. Any entries submitted by agents or third parties shall be invalid and not be accepted by the Promoter. Entry is free and no purchase is necessary.

2. Only one entry per person is permitted.

3. The prize is as follows: Inov-8 lightweight Mountain Marathon backpack (actual colour may vary from image shown).

4. All entries must be received by midnight 5^th September 2007 (UK time) and the draw will take place the following day. Winners will be formally notified within 21 days of the draw date.

5. Entrants acknowledge that their entries, may be released or displayed to the public by Accelerate or any agency connected with the competition and assign all rights necessary for promotion or publication of such entries to Accelerate. Winners agree to grant Accelerate or any agency connected with the competition the right to use their name and likeness for advertising and publicity purposes without any additional compensation.

6. Submission of entries will not constitute proof of receipt and no responsibility will be accepted by the Promoter for entries which the Promoter does not receive. The Promoter shall not be liable for any loss or corruption of data in transit. No responsibility will be accepted for entries which are lost, delayed or damaged in the post or elsewhere. Illegible, incomplete, late or defaced entries will be disqualified.

7. No cash equivalent or other alternative prizes will be offered.

8. Accelerate reserves the right to extend the prize draw for as long as necessary in order to get the required sample of respondents. No entry can be accepted if all details are not provided.

9. The decision of the Promoter is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into regarding the outcome of the competition.

10. The prize draw shall be governed by the laws of England and Wales.
