We have two delivery options, express and standard.
If you select Express Delivery, which is charged at £6.00, before 12pm your order will arrive on the next working day before 4pm.
For standard delivery we charge £3.50 and aim to deliver between 1 and 5 working days from accepting your order. Please ensure someone is available to accept, check and sign for the delivery.
We reserve the right to charge for failed deliveries and resending parcels at cost. We must be notified of any items damaged in transit, short delivered or not as ordered within 7 days of receipt. After 7 days you will be deemed to have accepted the order as undamaged and correct.
International orders must use the express delivery option.
Accelerate will usually delivery your items using Royal Mail, although this may differ for certain items, bulk delivery and to some International Destinations.
