When: Every Wednesday for 9 Weeks, 8pm for approximately 45 minutes, includes warm up and down.

How To Find It >>
Equipment needed: Suitable running shoes for road and dry river or canal trails. Clothing suitable for the weather.
Couch to 5km:
Run Coach Colin Perkins takes people step by step through the process of becoming a capable runner in easy stages. Week by week, for a total of 9 sessions, developing from a run/walk, to 30 minutes of continuous running and eventually tackling 5km non-stop. More than that, he'll guide you on correct technique, form, injury prevention and pacing, to ensure that you don't find it harder than necessary.
The 9 week course will begin again for a new group each time on the following Wednesdays:
Arrive at approxmately 7:50pm at The Olympic Legacy Park* for a meet & greet.
