Choose from the following groups:

Speedies:

Led by Jon Osborne and on occasion Dave Riley, we meet every Tuesday evening at Low Bradfield cricket pavilion and run along the trails surrounding the Loxley Valley, Bradfield and Agden, sometimes going as far as the Strines and Moscar.

Despite being known as the speedy group, we're not much faster than the middle group, instead opting for constant movement and therefore covering more ground. We're out for around 90 minutes, covering roughly 8 miles. The trails are hilly and there's often mud, but quite often we're rewarded with great views and good company. Anyone with an interest in fell and trail running can join and runners moving up from the middle group are always welcome. We'll not leave anyone behind and will ensure the runners at the front loop back so that everyone gets a good workout!

Middle Group:

Normally a social, hilly, technical 10km around the trails of Bradfield. We tend to get the largest group (about 15 people) and mixed ability. For me it is providing people with a new experience, pushing their boundaries and giving them more confidence in their running. Great to see people progressing from Chris' group, as they have gained confidence or moving on to join the speedies. Really enjoy my Tuesday nights!

Intro Group:

We've people from all walks of life. All levels of experience. The one thing that we all have in common...... we have FUN on a Tuesday evening. Between 3 and 7 miles, over a variety of interesting, but not too challenging terrain and always at a pace that suits the least confident in the group. We walk if we have to, but we're always smiling. So whether you're at your limit, or using my group as a timely rest, you're more than welcome to 'dip your toe' into off-road running and decide what's right for you. If we're holding you back, then we'll wish you well as you opt for the middle group in future. No hard feelings - as that's what the Intro group is there for.

ATR Coached Group:

A Coach Led Group, with sessions designed for those wishing to develop their form and skills as a runner, with expert advice and tuition.  Tailored toward the individual and their own personal targets/capabilities.
